Send me an email. We’ll schedule a meeting and define the project goals.

Also, I’ll email you a short questionnaire to complete and return.

The questionnaire will help me better understand your target audience, project scope, and timeline.

 

MAKE A PLAN

Together we’ll create a specific plan to meet your goals.

I will write a proposal and client agreement and email them to you.

If you agree, reply to the email with the words, “I agree”. This will serve as a legal contract.

 

I charge by the project.

An initial deposit is required for new clients (50% of the project fee).

The deposit may be submitted by EFT or a mailed paper check.

My work begins when I receive the deposit.

 

PROJECT START AND SUCCESS

I’ll contact you by email or phone if I have questions.

Or, if you prefer, I’ll send you a weekly note about how the project is progressing.

 

I’ll email you the first draft on or before the deadline.

I’ll also send the invoice for the remainder of the fee with the first draft.

The first three revisions are free. Additional revisions are charged an hourly fee.
